When will my orders be shipped out?

We don't want our customers waiting for long time. So all orders are usually shipped out within the next working day.

How can I cancel my order?

Can I change the delivery address of order I've placed?

Yes. As long as the order has not been shipped out, we will help you to change the delivery address.

How do I know the status of my package?

By checking the latest shipping emial that you've received. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

What should I do after receiving a faulty/incorrect product?

We do our best to ensure that all products are qualified properly before shipping to our customers. But if you meet this situation, please contact us immediately.

Please note that we are not responsible for prodcuts which are demaged during installation.

How much is shipping to my country?

Free Standard Shipping is for all orders above USD68.

The shipping cost for orders below USD68 is USD5.99.

How long will I receive my package?

Normally, it would take10-12 working days varying from country to country. If your customs is very strict, there would be delay. Please wait patiently, thank you for your kindly understanding.

Do you provide tracking number?

Yes, we will provide tracking number by email once the package been shipped out.

Should I pay customs duties and import taxes?

Yes. When shipping to international addresses, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority.
Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

What is KARAJAN return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Should I pay for the return shipping?

If the return is caused by our error(ie. receiving a wrong/damaged item), the return shipping cost will be paid by us.
If you change your mind to return or exchange for another item, the return shipping cost will be paid by you.

Can I exchange an item I received with another item?

Firstly, you should place a new order for the item you want before returning original item so that it can avoid shipment delay.
Then you can procced with returning original order for refund. Once we receive your return, we will refund for the cost of the item and announce you by an email.
Please note, the return shipping cost of original product will be paid by you.

How long can I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Following situations refund cannot be effective:

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded​ on returned/exchanged goods.
  • Items bought by Gift Card cannot be refund/return/exchang.
